Our main warehouse is located in Moreno Valley, California. However, we do have a network of smaller warehouses located in Michigan and Pennsylvania to make our order fulfillment process way more effective, so you can receive your order faster!

All orders over $199 qualify for free standard US shipping.

We ship most orders via USPS, Purolator, UPS and FedEx. 

Standard Shipping:  Once they ship out packages normally arrive within 1 to 5 business days depending on your location in the continental USA.

Our shipping cutoff time is 12PM Pacific Time. So, any order placed after 12PM will ship out the following business day and therefore the day you place your order would not count towards the shipping times above. If you place your order on a weekend or a holiday, please consider the following business day as your first day when factoring in shipping times.

While most products are located at our main shipping station and can be ready to ship within a few hours, some products require additional handling time so there may be up to 3 business days of handling time before your order is ready to ship.If your order is taking longer than 3 business days to ship out please contact us at support@wegrowbuds.ca to have an accurate update.

Growbuds products: All products we sell are brand new and come with a generous warranty. We guarantee our customers protection from defective products. If you have a warranty inquiry on any item purchased from Growbuds, we for sure can help you to solve the problem.

Warranty Request Process:

Send us an email to support@wegrowbuds.co with your order number, the defective products, and the defective descriptions. We will find the best way for you to fix the problem.

All other products:All products sold on Growbuds are subject to the respective manufacturer’s warranty policy, which normally lasts one year. These policies can be found on the original manufacturer’s website or by contacting them. The manufacturer will replace any defective parts within the warranty period. Damages caused by misuse, improper maintenance or neglect are not covered by the manufactures warranty.

Growbuds will assist you in your warranty claim by helping you coordinate with the original manufacturer. If for any reason, your product is defective, please contact us directly at 1 877 368-7099 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
